Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform — this is the legal agreement between you and aix6s.
General Terms and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products of the aix6s platform ("Platform" or "Site"). By reading and accepting these Terms, you ("User") agree to follow all the rules set out below.

- User / Member — Any person who creates an account and uses the Platform.
- Account — A user's registered personal profile.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use the Platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
- You must place bets in your own identity and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
- One person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are of sound mind and are using this Platform voluntarily.
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

- Notify aix6s immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

You are primarily responsible for the security of your account. aix6s is not liable for any loss caused by third-party access, unless it results from aix6s's own failure.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the Platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted.
aix6s reserves the right to suspend payments and investigate cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions, and to close the account if necessary.
Bonuses, Bets and Platform Policies
Bonus and Promotion Terms
aix6s offers various bonuses and promotions for users from time to time. These bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 10 times (10x).
- Each user may use each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and related winnings may be forfeited.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless wagering conditions are met.
- aix6s reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the Platform:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled; however, if a game event is cancelled under specific circumstances, the bet may be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, aix6s reserves the right to void that bet.
- In the event of a technical issue or disconnection in any game, aix6s will make decisions based on the authoritative server records.
- Coordinating with other users to gain an advantage through accounts ("arbitrage betting" or "collusion") is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software (bots) to place bets is prohibited.
For cricket, football and other sports betting, the relevant international rules of the sport apply. Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments will be settled according to official announcements.
Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and violation will result in immediate account closure:
- Providing fraudulent or misleading information.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Bonus abuse or intentionally exploiting system loopholes.
- Attempting to find technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or hacking.
- Harassing or abusing other users.
VIP Program and Loyalty Benefits
The aix6s VIP Program has 4 tiers. Cashback benefits at each tier are based on the user's activity and loyalty:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's consistent activity and contributions on the Platform. aix6s reserves the right to review and change the VIP program terms at any time.
Privacy, Liability and Legal Provisions
Personal Information and Privacy
For details on how your personal information is collected, stored and used, please see our Privacy Policy. In brief:
- We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
- Information necessary for identity verification and transaction processing is collected.
- All information is kept secure through SSL encryption.
- Information may be provided to relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation.

aix6s's total liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount deposited in that specific transaction.

aix6s reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible for significant changes.

Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and aix6s.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
